According to a study done in August 2019, It mentions that the average person spends 3 hours and 15 minutes on their cell phone, with an estimated increase to 4 hours by 2021. (https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2019/aug/21/cellphone-screen-time-average-habits)

Why? Because we spend more of our pastime on social media, playing games, reading the news, and using texting as a method primary way to communicate. We've gotten away from passing time from actually physically talking and spending time with each other as we did before mobile devices. What we don't realize is that is the hurting our relationships with loved ones, family, friends, co-workers, etc.

Maybe what we NEED is a "Digital Detox". So with that being said, in this podcast, I am joined by BJ, John, Tanisha, and Charles to talk about the pros and cons of being attached to this mobile device. How it acts as a "Dopamine" that impacts our mental and physical health.
